1. About these terms
These Terms of service form an agreement between you and Jacob Ellekær Hansen, trading as Perdix, at Carl Jacobsens Vej 19P, Denmark. Contact: [email protected].
By creating an account or using Perdix, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If Perdix is later incorporated, you will be told before the agreement is transferred to the new operator where notice or consent is legally required.
The service, these terms, checkout, and ordinary customer communications are provided in English.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 to create an account or use Perdix Free.
- You must be at least 18 to purchase Premium, unless a parent or legal guardian validly authorizes the purchase and is responsible for it.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and activity performed through your account. Tell Perdix promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account is for one person. You may not sell, transfer, lend, or share access to it.
3. The Perdix service
Perdix uses Riot Games data and automated mathematical methods to display League of Legends profiles, LP progression, match history, patterns, comparisons, and generated gameplay analysis. Features and limits vary between Free and Premium and are described on the service when used.
The Free service may include fixed or smaller analysis samples and other feature limits. Individual-game analysis is a Premium-only feature. Premium may also include larger selectable samples—up to 300 games under the current service limit—and progression features as they become available. A feature described as “in development,” “planned,” “preview,” or similar is not part of a paid subscription until the purchase screen expressly says it is included.
Perdix will not launch paid access until the required Riot Games product approval or acknowledgement has been obtained. Premium terms become binding for a purchase only when checkout is available and you choose to subscribe.
5. EU withdrawal rights and refunds
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from entering a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Checkout will provide the legally required withdrawal information and a simple way to exercise the right.
If you expressly ask for Premium to begin during the 14-day period and later withdraw before it ends, Perdix may charge a proportionate amount for Premium supplied up to withdrawal where the law permits. Any loss of a withdrawal right for digital content or a fully performed service will apply only after the express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Merely accessing Perdix does not create a blanket waiver of mandatory rights.
You can exercise withdrawal or request a refund by using the checkout/account method provided at launch or emailing [email protected] with enough information to identify the purchase. Statutory remedies remain available where Premium is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. Outside those rights, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and unused time is not refunded.
Model withdrawal notice
To Jacob Ellekær Hansen, trading as Perdix, Carl Jacobsens Vej 19P, Denmark; [email protected]: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for Perdix Premium, ordered on [date]. My name is [name] and my address is [address]. [Date and signature, only if sent on paper.]
You may copy that wording or make any other clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw.
6. Public Riot IDs and player data
You may submit and link any publicly available Riot ID; Perdix does not require you to own or control it. “Linking” identifies the Riot profile that a Perdix account follows—it does not prove ownership of that Riot account or grant access to it.
You must use Riot data respectfully and lawfully. Do not submit a Riot ID to impersonate someone, falsely claim ownership, evade a removal or restriction, invade privacy, harass a player, or create a misleading association. Public availability does not permit doxxing or combining the data with private information to target someone.
How Perdix obtains and uses Riot profile and match information is explained in the Privacy policy.
7. Reports and sharing
You may use and share a Perdix report for personal, non-commercial, and non-competitive purposes, provided that you preserve attribution and do not alter it in a deceptive way. This permission does not transfer ownership of Perdix software, branding, methods, or third-party material.
You may not use or share reports:
- as part of paid coaching, consulting, resale, a commercial product, or monetized data service without written permission;
- for organized competitive play, esports scouting, opponent preparation, player selection, live competitive assistance, wagering, or another competitive decision;
- to rank, shame, threaten, harass, or make high-impact decisions about a person; or
- in a way that implies Perdix, Riot Games, or the analysed player endorses you or your conclusions.
Reports can contain public Riot IDs and match information about several participants. Consider those players when sharing, and honour a lawful request to stop a harmful use.
8. Acceptable use
You must not, directly or through another person or tool:
- scrape, crawl, index, harvest, or make automated or bulk requests to Perdix, except with prior written permission;
- bypass rate limits, paywalls, sample-size restrictions, access controls, security measures, or membership limits;
- share accounts or session credentials, resell access, or operate Perdix as a service for others;
- probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, introduce malware, overload the server, or access data or systems without authorization;
- reverse engineer or extract non-public models, source code, methods, or datasets except to the limited extent a non-waivable law permits;
- harass, intimidate, defame, discriminate against, or facilitate abuse of another player;
- use Perdix or its reports commercially or competitively as prohibited above; or
- use Perdix unlawfully or in breach of applicable Riot Games terms or policies.
9. Intellectual property
Perdix and its original interface, code, text, branding, analytical presentation, reports, and methods are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, Perdix grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and share reports in the permitted ways above.
Riot Games owns or controls League of Legends, Riot names, game assets, trademarks, and the Riot data made available under its policies. Nothing in these terms grants rights in Riot property beyond what Riot permits.
If you submit feedback, you permit Perdix to use it without payment or restriction, but Perdix does not obtain ownership of personal data through that permission.
10. Changes and availability
Perdix is evolving and may add, modify, suspend, or remove features to improve the service, respond to security or legal requirements, manage Riot API limits, or maintain technical operation. Temporary outages, delayed profile updates, incomplete match data, and analysis queues can occur.
For Premium, Perdix will not materially remove a core paid feature during a billing period without a valid reason and an appropriate remedy where mandatory law requires one. If Perdix permanently ends Premium, subscribers will receive reasonable notice where practicable and any refund required for an unused prepaid period.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Perdix at any time, delete your account, and cancel Premium as described above. Account deletion is separate from Premium cancellation; if a payment subscription remains active, follow the cancellation flow shown in the account or checkout provider before deleting the account.
Perdix may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate a security issue, prevent harm, comply with law or Riot requirements, address non-payment, or respond to a breach of these terms. Except in urgent or serious cases, Perdix will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Access may be terminated for a material or repeated breach.
Provisions that by nature should continue—including payment obligations already incurred, permitted enforcement, intellectual property, liability, and dispute terms—survive termination.
12. Analysis limitations
Outputs are automated estimates derived from available Riot data. A report may be incomplete, delayed, based on a limited sample, affected by patches or role changes, or simply wrong.
Perdix does not guarantee rank improvement, match outcomes, coaching results, competitive performance, uninterrupted availability, or that every public Riot match is available. Reports are informational and do not replace your own review or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions based on them.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
To the extent permitted by law, Perdix is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete Riot data, decisions made from an automated report, use outside these terms, unauthorized account use caused by your failure to protect credentials, or events beyond Perdix's reasonable control. Perdix is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses where such an exclusion is lawful.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Any financial limitation applied to a valid claim will be only the limitation permitted under applicable mandatory law and will take account of the nature of the service and the foreseeable loss.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU or EEA, this choice does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of your habitual residence, and you may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Please first contact [email protected] so Perdix can try to resolve the issue. An eligible Danish consumer complaint may be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution at Nævnenes Hus and, where applicable, the Danish Consumer Complaints Board; current eligibility and submission details are available at naevneneshus.dk. You may also use any other mandatory complaint or court route available to you.
15. Changes to these terms
Perdix may update these terms for new features, legal or Riot requirements, security, or reasonable operational changes. The effective date will be updated. Material changes will be announced on the service or by account email with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued. If a material change affects a Premium subscription and you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a notified change takes effect means the updated terms apply from then on, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms, the Privacy policy, and the information shown at a Premium checkout form the agreement for the relevant service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
